Service Level Agreement

The Head Forward Centre has a Service Level Agreement which sets out the terms and provisions of our voluntary sector service and forms the basis of an agreement between the Head Forward Centre and the referrer.   Although each attendee’s participation level is reviewed at regular intervals (and noted in a daily log book) these reviews are informal and are not intended to be used as a critical measure of the attendee’s capabilities or potential.  We currently have Service Level Agreements with various Case Managers and the following Social Service Departments: Bury, Manchester, Salford, Stockport and Tameside.  The current charge is £30 per day.
